At Fragrance Insider, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and gently tested fragrances.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original designer box and use the protective bubble wrap provided to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
